Club Meeting - August

The August Club Meeting will be on Sunday the 28th, doors open at 6.45pm and the meeting starts sharp at 7pm, at the Riccarton Community Centre 199 Clarence Street Riccarton. Bottle of the night: coloured glass / and milk glass. Collectable of the night: New Zealand pottery. We may even get the owners to share any information that they have on their items this is a great way to share information on our hobby and also gives us some insight to what people collect and what their passion is. The committee has decided that the photographs for our club meetings will be done at the start of the night when you are setting them in place on the front table, we may ask to take a photo of the owner holding the item for our up and coming magazine articles or during the break in a hope to limit the distraction during the meeting and so that views are not blocked to the front table, we ask members to give us your feedback on this new way of doing things. Raffle At The Door $1 Per Ticket. KITCHEN HELPERS PLEASE. Please remember to pay your $3 at the door each night this helps fund the social aspect of our club. We look forward to preserving history and improving the collecting for the future.
