Club meeting - February

Our meeting room location is now meet at the Bishopdale Community Hall, adjacent to the Bishopdale Library plenty of parking in front of the complex. Access from Farrington Ave or Raleigh Street directly into the carpark area or if you are coming from Harewood Road access is from lane that goes past New World on Left and YMCA on the right and into the carpark from the rear. MEETING STARTS AT 7pm Hall opens at 6.30pm. We will still have provision for collectors to have a sales area. There will still be light refreshments at the end of the meeting. Remember the Door entry is $3 per person. Meat raffle on sale $1 per ticket please support the club by buying a raffle ticket. February collectable of the night, ROYAL VISITS TO NZ 1869 – 2020. Bottles of the Night, Bottles with a Crown Embossing and or labelled. NEW FINDS TABLE, Let’s see what has turned up on the scene in the last month or so if you missed the last meeting there is no reason not to bring along your holiday or Christmas find.Looking forward to seeing a great turn out this month and we got some great positive feedback on the new venue so we will be trialling some of your ideas. Kitchen Helper Required if you can assist Helen in the Kitchen so she has a chance to mingle with the collectors even if you do it once a year and we get 10 volunteers its not a lot to ask and it’s a great kitchen everything at your finger tips. As a club we welcome New Members and look forward to seeing some new faces at the forth coming meeting so bring a friend with similar interests.
