Club Meeting - June

As notified at last month’s meeting, the next Club meeting on Sunday 28 June at 7.00 p.m. at the Philatelic Centre, 67 Mandeville Street, is also a Special General Meeting at which the proposed rule amendments will be circulated.  The Collectable and Bottle of the Night will be farming related, and there will also be New Finds.

A reminder re donations for the Show raffle hamper. This month we are collecting bottles, jars and dry goods. The Show Committee is seeking additional members, so if you would like to help organise this annual event, please approach a Club committee member.  There will also be rosters available at Sunday’s meeting for volunteers for Show security, door, and raffle sales.

A reminder too about the Club Open Day/Book Sale on Sunday 26 July, commencing at 10.00 a.m.  Planning is well under way, but there is still space for more displays. Contributions to the book stall will also be appreciated.
