none ferrous openers
The Grand Hotel was built in Dunedin in 1883 and still stands today and is known as the Southern Cross Hotel
I can not find any material to date this opener but would suggest it was in the era of the decline of the cast opener and the introduction of the twist top

Branson's Hotel
Branson's Hotel was in Dunedin at the corner of Great King Street and St. Andrew Street. Originally The Harp of Erin Hotel from the 1870s and then Branson's from 1904. I believe it burned down in the 1950s.
